✅ Before Shipment/Production:

• Full refund available upon cancellation.
  ❌ After Shipment:

• Cancellations no longer possible once the product is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

🔄 Eligibility:

• Request within 14 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused, in original packaging with proof of purchase.

📦 Return Process:

2. Ship to provided address (do not send to manufacturer).

3. Customer covers return shipping (max $1 fee; no restocking charges).

💸 Refund Timeline:

• Processed within X business days after inspection.

• Credited to original payment method.
